Inverting filters with ! works pretty well with one variable, though I haven't been able to make it work with multiple variables.

Syntaxes I've tried:

!tag-1 || !tag-2

!tag-1||!tag-2

!tag-1 || tag-2

!tag-1||tag-2

!tag-1 tag-2

!tag-1 tag-2

!tag-1 | !tag-2

!tag-1|!tag-2

!tag-1 | tag-2

!tag-1|tag-2

It should be !tag-1 || tag-2

If this does not give the desired result, mMaybe you can tell us your shop url and what do you try to filter
