Hello!  New user here, I'm trying to understand how to map csv fields for an import.  When I try to import a file from a vendor, the system stops and no products are shown.  Could use some help.

Hi,

what product do you refer and platform? Shopify app or WooCommerce/Virtuemart over the Selling Commander? 

What is same for all platforms is that when you map you tell to the import which cell from import file will go into what product property.

Sorry.  I'm asking about Bulk Spreadsheet Product Manager for WooCommerce.  There doesn't seem to be any method to put the vendor SKU (or any other field) into the right position.

Hi,

for old PELM you need to type in correct headers as you get when you export. Or you can also enable custom import in Import/Export settings and specify columns in order as they are in CSV file.
