Image paths not showing

Image paths not showing was created by Lee
The last update is causing the image fields to show [object Object] instead of the image path.  The images are still attached, just the paths aren't showing.

We published fix in new 2.1.48 update

After installing 2.1.48 all custom settings have been reset.  I also ran into a situation where every attribute order setting was completely lost including "use same settings as" associations. First time running into either of these issues post update. Restored from backup and reverted back to 2.1.41.

Can you open database from phpMyAdmin and in table wp_options find record with option_name = PELM_SETTINGS
Send  us option_value of that record (over email).
