Hello!
I have been using your product for a long time, and everything was fine before. But now I have introduced on their website child products.
After another export-import all of my child items missing data such as category, manufacturer, and maybe something else. How can I avoid this in the future? Help me please!

can you provide more info. You can us CSV and maybe some shapshoot at support @ holest . com (remove spaces)
