I already bought your product to list all products at Virtuemart but faced this error:

Thanks for fixing the problem, I have a subdomain (faraz.arkansalamat.com) that before doing any changes I do it first at that subdomain. I have the first problem with that.
all credentials are the same.

It seems that we can not upload a CSV file to an empty database.
Is it possible to make a database empty and import new goods via this component?
Your prompt reply is appreciated, If I can not do that, let me know to buy another component.
