VM Excel Like : error after changing root URL site

Hello,

I just change the main URL of my website from temp dev url to final url. I have an issue :

When arriving on VM Excel Like component I have this error message :

"TypeError:select.addClass(...).chosen is not a function"

and others things like :
- categories are not selectionnable anymore
- in parameters : no more selectionnable options in Rights management and Columns to exclude, and others selectionnables inputs

OK, it seems to be fixed :

Just changing PHP Version from v.7.0.27 to v.7.1.14.

But I don't know what happened because the dev was fine running on 7.0.27
