Hi Support,

Our store got 60k products and planned to add 10k more weekly.
Sometimes, the app cannot give some metaField Or gave "Internet Connection Failed" error that stop the loading.

As title, I suggest to add below setting to increase stabilty of the app for store with large # of products:
- Add Starting-Product-ID in setting
- Add Ending-Product-ID in setting

Please consider to the add above setting or add other measure for store with large no. of products. Thank you.

1. Seems the new tool does NOT support Shopify?

2. Is the current Shopify "Excel-like Spreadsheet Bulk Product Manager" be supported after new tools released? Thank you.

Hi,

sorry I tough you talk about other platforms.
You are saying that you are experiencing problems because of large data amount the APP needs to load.

We are working to improved caching that will increase stability and make loading much more faster. This is planed to be released during Jan 2018.

Besides cache, and also please also consider to add below setting to increase stabilty of the app for store with large # of products:
- Add Starting-Product-ID in setting
- Add Ending-Product-ID in setting
