Custom field autosave changed values

Hello,
When we copy content into field we created, changes are not saved, we changed source type to meta value, but the problem exist.
Can you guide us what are we doing wrong?
Resolving this issue is urgent for us, so if you be kind to tell us why this is not working?
If content can not be saved into custom field we will have to ask for refund.
